Student Support Services

Students will be provided with resources, assessment tools, organisation policies and procedures and reference resources. Trainers are available by appointment for one-on-one mentoring if required. EIM also boasts a strong student hub and student services department.

The Gold Coast Student Hub is a space designed by students for students to provide a unique networking, collaboration and study space.

We provide free information and practical support for all domestic and international students on the Gold Coast to help enhance your study experience.

Through this challenging time it’s more important than ever that we can support you in every way we can, which is why you will still receive one on one counselling sessions for personal well-being, job support or any issue where you need help via phone, video call or in person.

Cairns Student Hub

The Cairns Student Hub is managed by Study Cairns as a supportive environment that aims to enhance international students’ experience in Cairns. Supported by Trade and Investment Queensland, Cairns Regional Council, educational institutions and local business, the Student Hub forms the centrepiece of a thriving multi-cultural student community. Located in the heart of Cairns city, the Student Hub provides a welcoming space for students to utilise as a space to connect with fellow students, colleagues and the wider student community.
