Great question! The Certificate II in Tourism course will prepare you for employment as an office assistant, receptionist, meet-and-greet guide or attendant within a range of tourism enterprises such as museums and tourist centres. The course explores sales, operations and customer service skills combined with basic tourism knowledge, and will also provide you with a pathway to further studies in Tourism.
